The Role-

We are seeking an extroverted and flamboyant communicator to join our team as a Content Strategy Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias towards building and maintaining high-quality content that effectively introduces our engineering center. This role requires a highly creative individual who can develop compelling job descriptions, work on SNS posts, and videos (shorts) that showcase each function within our organization externally.

What You'll Do -

Content Strategy Development and Management

  • Develop and implement content strategies to promote GMTCK brand across various social media platforms.
  • Create engaging and visually appealing social media posts and videos that highlight our company culture, mission, value, and jobs.
  • Research and bring a creative approach and platforms based on market trends.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize strategies and improve engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and branding.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate with various teams like PR and HR to ensure content aligns with company goals and attracts potential job seekers.
  • Utilize resources within GMTCK to develop content creation.
  • Engage with our online community and respond to comments and inquiries in a professional manner.

Additional Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)-

  • Bachelor's degreee or above required
  • 3+ years of experience in content management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools
  • Skills in writing, visual content production, or video editing.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong belief in cultural transformation.
  • Very good command of English and Korean both in verbal and written communications, bilingual (Korean & English) preferred.
