Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of controls engineering program managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure successful program execution.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet program objectives, ensuring alignment with GE Aerospace's SQDC priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality, to drive program success.
- Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets are met.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lean principles and best practices to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
- Communicate program status, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on controls systems and military aerospace programs.
- Demonstrated experience in people management, including hiring, training, performance management, and career development.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in applying lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
