Job Description Summary
As a Fleet & Asset Operations Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the critical applications, ensuring the availability and reliability of systems. You will be accountable for delivering resolution to customer issues by driving solutions through new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity of the applications. As an operations leader within the Fleet & Asset space, you will work with the team to unpack the complex asset application landscape. Your focus will be on defining a holistic operations strategy, driving strategy execution and operational support across Fleet & Asset. You will work hand-in-hand with TPMs and engineering teams to build a robust support model.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead definition of operations strategy and roadmap across the Fleet & Asset application portfolio
- Work across functional, product and engineering to define a holistic support model and drive execution of the operations strategy.
- Lead a team contractors focused operational support across primarily cloud-based applications.
- Drive improvements for options and content of self-help.
- Identify innovations to improve support for end users.
- Establish governance with global knowledge leaders.
- Identify recurring issues and highlight to service owner; help find opportunities to reduce end user issues.
- Identify opportunities to send tickets to the appropriate queue at creation.
- Collaborate with other teams to improve support tools and processes.
- Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.
- Effectively manage contract resources and ensure effective supplier collaboration.
- Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 4 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 7 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 9 years of professional experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Application Operational Support.
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Desired Characteristics Technical Expertise:
- Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations.
- Experienced in design, performance, availability and scalability of the infrastructure
- Demonstrated understanding of Flight Deck principles
- Demonstrated customer focus - manages technical issues in complex, difficult, or stressful situations; evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpoint.
- Proven ability to work with global teams; collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources.
- Demonstrated experience influencing across a complex, global matrix organization.
