Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role where you will lead the Infrastructure Security Team, focusing on developing and maintaining facilities compliant with ICD705 and Tempest standards. Your role is crucial to ensuring that all infrastructure meets regulatory and safety requirements, safeguarding our high standards.
- Lead and manage the infrastructure security team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
- Develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in compliance with ICD705 and Tempest standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate potential security risks for classified spaces.
- Oversee the design and implementation of all builds to ensure they meet ICD705 and Tempest standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure security integration into all aspects of operations.
- Monitor and evaluate security measures for effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
- Prepare and present security status reports and improvements to senior management.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in infrastructure security.
- Ensure all team members are trained and knowledgeable about security protocols and procedures.
The Ideal Candidate:
A highly experienced and proactive leader with a strong background in infrastructure security, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 8-10 years of experience in industrial security/physical security.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
- Established project management skills.
- Experience in secure environments/facilities.
- Working knowledge of DoD Manual 5205.07 and Intelligence Community Technical Specification IC Tech Spec - ID/ICS 705.
- Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance with Top Secret eligibility.
- Experience working with classified programs and projects on small teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Information:
- Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40.
- Work Shift: To be determined.
- Screening Requirements: Background and drug screening.
