The Quality Leader - Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul Partnerships will lead strategic development for quality oversight practices for MRO offload partners and third-party service providers. The person in this role with use FLIGHT DECK to lead horizontally across services operations and programs to drive quality performance in our MRO network.

Strategic
- Develop and implement strategy for quality oversight of MRO offload partners and third-party service providers.
- Partner with commercial engine programs to standardize partner quality requirements and oversight obligations for third party services agreements.

Organizational
- Lead horizontally across programs and services for standard development and deployment.
- Partner with customer experience team to gather customer feedback of MRO partner quality execution and customer satisfaction.
- Leverage learnings through read across to global MRO network.
Operational
- Baseline current state of offload partner and third-party oversight practices and develop gap / action plan to standardize and elevate.
- Own daily management for and action plan for implementation of standard practices.
- Develop and part with program team to standardize and update program specific standards for contract with offload partners.
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related experience
- Experienced People Leader
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to travel up to 30%
