Job Description Summary
The On Wing Support Technicians will provide quick-turn aircraft engine maintenance, repair and field services.
In the On Wing Support Technician Co-op role, you will assist On Wing Support Technicians with engine troubleshooting, line maintenance, and various shop improvement projects while developing positive relationships with customers through outstanding customer awareness.

In addition, as the On Wing Support Technician Co-op, you will :
- Take ownership for and follow through on full scope of work tasks and projects.
- Collaborate with support groups on continuous improvement initiatives while also learning the support groups roles and responsibilities.
- Build relationships through good communication skills and understanding of customer perspectives

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA off a 4.0 scale without rounding.
- Attending a full time FAA Approved A&P School while pursuing an A&P certificate.
- Reliable transportation, many of our sites do not have public transportation available.

Benefits:
Pay rates for this position begin at $17/hour and increase for each undergraduate year completed. Relocation support and housing assistance is available for those who relocate to a new city.
