Job Description Summary
The On Wing Support DFW Office Manager will be responsible for site administrative support. The Office Manager will work with limited supervision to meet day-to-day short-term objectives and provide direct support to the production floor as it relates to indirect sourcing system, Capex, and Opex sourcing. Positive working relationships and high integrity with the team of technicians, support staff, and customers are critical to the success of the business.
Must be able to work in an aircraft maintenance environment with occasional noise, dust, and shop debris. Must be able to lift 20lbs and stand for greater than 1 hour as required. Position is 100% on site.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organize office operations and procedures, control correspondence, design filing systems, review and approve supply requisitions, and support various clerical functions.
- Procure equipment, supplies, and services in compliance with the organization's processes, policies, and procedures.
- Indirect Sourcing
- Including but not limited to shop supplies, office supplies, vendor POs, facilities and maintenance requisitions and POs, Supplier and contract POs, and other items as required with use of online sourcing system and purchasing card.
- Expense report processing.
- Administer equipment vehicle leases and property leases and contracts.
- Front of house for visitor and customer traffic.
- Input and organize site administrative information.
- Organize shared folder and maintain appropriate access.
- Organize facilities for meetings, workshops, training catering, and other events and services.
- Organize "team building" events including volunteer events.
- Assist with onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain all distribution lists for employee groups.
- Complete and process Freight invoices with Materials and Planning teams.
- Work with finance teams as needed for sourcing purchase and requisition reviews.
- Work with customers on contractor badging and worker access.
- Support EHS culture with uniform orders, safety shoe orders, and scheduling annual eye exams for technicians.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma / GED.
- 2+ years of office management experience.
- 1+ years of indirect sourcing experience.

- Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in and navigating computer applications such as SSS, MS Office, SAP, & Gensuite; Possess a desire to learn and grow with technology advancements.
- Detail orientated and willing to ask for help.
- Ability to multitask; strong sense of priority.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Demonstrated quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction skills.
