Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager, you will be accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives. This position is primarily on-site, with occasional remote work flexibility. You will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within your area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

  • Develop and implement processes to meet business needs across the organization.
  • Engage in long-term planning and manage complex issues within your functional area.
  • Influence policy and ensure delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
  • Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services based on industry trends.
  • Lead teams to find creative solutions for complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.
  • Evaluate the quality of information received and question conflicting data for analysis.
  • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally to adopt different points of view.
  • Influence peers to take action and negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

The Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong commercial expertise across one or more countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. They thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering high-quality work.

Required Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Product Management.
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects.
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
  • Established project management skills.

Additional Information:

  • Full-time position with standard business hours.
  • Background and drug screening required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
