Job Description Summary

As a Lean Specialist you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and creating a culture of continuous improvement. You will apply lean methodologies to optimize processes, improve quality, reduce waste and increase overall efficiency. With your experiential and technical background, you will contribute to challenge the status quo.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Encourage lean events, problem solving and training session using lean tools
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality and sustainability in all aspects of the production process
  • Drive and facilitate the implementation of lean principles and tools on the production line
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop strategies to achieve operational excellence
  • Perform value stream mapping, root cause analysis and organize Kaizen events to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Train and coach employees on lean principles, problem-solving techniques and change management procedures
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and measure the impact of lean initiatives
  • Work on improving the organization of workplaces and their operational efficiency, supporting logistics management
  • Contribute to the implementation of Lean strategies and techniques defined by the Corporate Lean within the Global Supply Chain
  • Support leadership in the development and implementation of strategic plans to achieve production goals and business goals
  • Imagine, define and assist in developing and implementing kanban signals, physical and digital pull systems

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering field
  • Experience in a production environment, preferably in complex environments and with advanced lean or operational excellence logics
  • Proven experience in lean tools or continuous improvement and world class methodologies
  • Practical experience in projects and change management with evident and measured results
  • Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics and operational flow processes
  • Advanced use of statistical analysis tools and database management
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams
