  • • Project Managing the design, procurement, installation and commissioning of test cell modifications and upgrades.

    • Coordinate internal and external resources, ensuring time and financial commitments are met.

• Onsite problem solving, ability to make quick decisions and set long term logical and systematical solutions.

• Establish new standard work and operating systems to improve efficiency & Quality.

• Coordinate and oversee current project schedules, improve, update project tracking visual management.

• Implementation of Lean Management to Daily, weekly Operating Rhythm.

• TEH management, establishment of cooperation with local suppliers for manufacturing and design of THE. Procurement management.

Establish a good baseline of local and overseas suppliers for TEH design and manufacturing.

- Grow to become a technical focal for GEAC Test cell requirements, functionality and future strategy.

• Ensure that projects comply with GE Aviation Design Practices to drive and improve quality and safety.

• Present accurate project deliverables to stakeholders, escalating issues and proposing solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Facilitate communication with broader engineering teams to resolve issues as needed.

• Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews.

• Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications

  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in the Engineering/Technology & Testing. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
