Roles Overview

Drive optimal performance ( cost, fulfillment, quality, cash) and profitability through the Supply Chain and Project execution. In-depth understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work. In-depth understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contributes to the area.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Financial Closing & Reporting: Lead month-end/year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with IFRS/GAAP
  • Regulatory Compliance & Audit: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards and tax regulations. Coordinate internal/external audits and implement corrective actions for findings.
  • Process Improvement: Optimize financial workflows (e.g., AP/AR, reconciliations) to enhance efficiency and controls. Document and enforce accounting policies and SOPs.
  • Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Manage balance sheet forecasting. Conduct cash flow analysis and liquidity planning to support decision-making. Oversee fixed asset accounting (depreciation, CAPEX tracking, impairment reviews).
  • Team Leadership: Mentor accounting staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tax, Treasury, FP&A).
  • Provide technical and/or operational advice to operating and finance leaders to ensure compliance with US and foreign accounting laws, regulations and procedures. Includes Corporate Accounting as well as accounting and controller organizations and related operations within a business. May also include accounting and finance systems support focused on accounting system operation and reporting to ensure proper controls and compliance. Roles would typically include: Deputy Comptroller, Global Controller, Comptroller, Senior Controller, Assistant Controller, Technical Controller, Financial Controller, Accounting Leader, Accounting Manager, Operational Accounting Manager, Finance Systems Manager
  • Other task assigned by functional and organizational leader.

Required Qualifications

  • Master degree in accounting and /or finance
  • CPA/ ACCA/ Intermediate Accounting Certificate
  • 5+ years related working experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Well understand business processes and procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and drive project base financials
  • Both English & Mandarin are fluent in written & Oral

Preferred Qualifications

  • Clear thinking and problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Open to change and willing to take challenges
  • FMP/PFLP graduates are preferred
