Job Description Summary
GE Aerospace is a major manufacturer of aircraft engines and components partnering with the world's major aerospace companies covering commercial, business jet and military applications.
We are currently hiring for a Falcon Strategic Program Manager to oversee the strategic execution of the F10X program, ensuring that the adoption of GE's proprietary Lean system 'FLIGHT DECK' is effectively implemented, that we are effectively managing appropriate key performance indicators, and that best in class programme management supports the delivery of the program to contract and business case.
In this role you will be expected to support the existing F10X senior leadership team and tactical program execution, whilst ensuring there is sufficient focus on the strategic execution to protect our business case and implement sustainable and impactful change.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for the strategic delivery our targets to protect our long-term business case and commercial position. To achieve this, you will collaborate with Falcon 10X program manager to ensure confidence that the F10X program enterprise has sufficient capability and capacity to execute our near term (tactical) imperatives.
- Support the senior customer relationships in collaboration with the Product Leader and Electrical Power GM. Where applicable provide oversight and coaching to support the overall customer relationship, to support program execution.
- Ability to build impactful relationships and understand personal / commercial drivers to support the development of value propositions
- Coach and mentor program enterprise to adopt and sustain best practice program management practice
- A 'change agent', identifying and implementing key initiatives that will drive positive change to improve F10X execution and establish long term process to support P&L level program execution.
- Proven experience in implementing Lean at an enterprise level and use of key performance indicators to manage business performance
- Ability to implement required training, coaching and sustainment of Lean initiatives
- Considerable experience of leading commercial negotiations and coaching teams in collaboration with functional stakeholders
- Proven experience of managing large complex programs.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires significant experience in Product Management & Program Management.
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
