Job Description Summary

The Facilities Operations Services Leader will be the focal for the Evendale site and Cincinnati satellite vendor relationships related to facilities. This role will manage facility operations services. You will work with the Facilities, Utilities and Maintenance Operations teams for the vendor support required. The GE Evendale campus is the headquarters site for GE Aerospace. Site activities include large parts manufacturing, engine assembly, and test operations, as well as engineering, development, and lab facilities for both commercial and military customers. The 415-acre site includes 100 acres under roof. Over 6,000 employees work onsite and includes a Union shop represented by the UAW, IAM, and IGUA.

  • Lead, coach and influence individuals to deliver against business goals

  • Communicate organizational outputs, team wins and challenges to leadership
  • Problem solve with cross functional teams across site to deliver for the customer

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's s Degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Facilities Services
