Job Description

The Executive Supply Chain Engines Modernization Leader and his/her direct/indirect team are responsible for leading all activities associated with the execution of the supply chain ERP and MES process and digital transformation, improving Supply Chain transactional data quality and advancing item master enterprise data management. Responsible for understanding operational processes, translating requirements, validating digital solutions, change management and implementation to intended user base. Represents the Supply Chain in application selection as well as digital solutioning and design processes. Accountable for multi-year program plan as well as near term milestone project plans. Adopt and drive Flight Deck as the way we work to problem solve and eliminate program constraints.

Essential Responsibilities
• Adopt, coach and drive problem solving using Flight Deck as the way we work to achieve published program schedule
• Lead the Engines Modernization Functional, Item Master Enterprise Data Management and Supply Chain Data Quality teams; maintain operational alignment with adjacent Aerospace transformation initiatives (i.e. Connected Flow, Edison Works, Model Based Enterprise, etc.)
• Develop, iterate and execute the strategic multi-generational program roadmap of supply chain digital transformation within the established scope
• Accountable for Item Master Enterprise Data Management and Supply Chain transactional data management processes; develop and execute improvement roadmap
• Manage scope, budget and schedule to not only achieve published schedules, but accelerate overall program timeline
• Represent the Supply Chain, in partnership with Supply Chain DT, in strategic and tactical digital decisions
• Employ sophisticated operational/program management techniques to improve on time delivery to program/project schedules
• Understanding of internal business challenges and critical capability needs; interprets and recommends best practices to improve products and processes
• Utilize understanding of industry process standards and trends to inform decision making process
• Communicate complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to align on path forward
• Influence peers/internal customers and may negotiate with external partners, vendors
• Ability to attract and retain talent for both direct and indirectly reporting roles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university

• 8+ years of experience in project management, manufacturing, supply chain management, and/or procurement/sourcing

This role works with export controls, must be a US born person to eligible.
