Role Summary/Purpose:
The Early Career Program is 24 month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience. A Long-Term Internship at GE Aerospace is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career. As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at GE Aerospace you will gain hands on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Sales and Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering and Maintenance and Repair Operations

Materials Management Standardization
- Work with the different roles at GESF (Controllers, Planners, Materials Specialists, and Inspectors) to document and improve working standards
- Learn the supply chain process on orders creation, vendor management, orders receiving, allocation and delivery to support the flow of Engines on shop visit at Emirates Engines Maintenance Center - full MRO experience
Special Projects
- Consumables Kanban on piece parts and modules kitting - Lean Flow concepts and inventory management
- Cycle inventory implementation covering SQDC aspects and ERP transactions
- DJIs (Detailed Job Instructions) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) writing for processes and roles, for improvement and standardization.
- DOR (Daily Operating Review), KPIs management, At point problem solving and routine on execution.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering / Business / and related fields
- Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
Desired Characteristics:
- Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and enquire
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work across culture, diversity and manage conflict effectively
