Job Description Summary

The Delivery Specialist - Board & Equity Programs will be an integral part of the compensation function, reporting to the Senior Executive Compensation Manager - Governance & Delivery. This role is designed to administer and deliver equity programs, including compensation for the Board of Directors. The successful candidate will manage equity administration vendors, ensure compliance with payroll and taxation requirements, and work cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the relationship with the equity administration vendor to ensure seamless execution of equity plans for program participants.
  • Manage the award and delivery of various equity awards, including stock options restricted stock units (RSUs), and performance stock units (PSUs), including the maintenance of detailed and accurate records of equity transactions, ensuring reconciliation with vendor systems.
  • Support the Legal & Compliance teams with the necessary information to fulfill regulatory requirements, including section 16 reporting, Form 3 and Form 4 filings, and maintenance of trading blocks to other designated 'Insider' accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including SEC and IRS regulations, and global tax laws, though the collaboration with internal & external counsel, accounting, tax, payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and withholdings on equity transactions.
  • Resolve employee inquiries related to equity compensation, payroll, and taxation promptly and accurately.
  • Provide internal education and training on equity programs and related processes to participants and stakeholders.
  • Generate and analyze data related to equity compensation, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ability to assess risks, analyze complex situations and determine next course of action, as well as to manage internal and external confidential information with discretion.
  • Stay current on industry knowledge through conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in equity compensation administration or a related field.
  • Experience managing equity administration vendors and understanding payroll and taxation aspects of global equity programs.
  • Familiarity with global compliance requirements and best practices in equity compensation.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) designation.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to work cross-functionally to arrive at the best possible solution.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and an appreciation for documentation and standard work.
  • Agile learner who is adaptable to new technology and practices, high proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working collaboratively and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Operates with strategic, creative, and business centric focus.

Pay and Benefits:

  • The pay for this position is $111,100 - 185,200. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on August 9, 2024.
