The Business Leader at our Piedmont, SC site will be accountable for the daily operations within the Greenville Site to meet operational targets across Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. As the Business Leader, you will own/influence budgets and operating plans, as well as work with cross functional teams internal and external to the Turbine Airfoils Part Family - Engineering, Manufacturing Programs, and Customers. The role will have a major impact across the span of the Turbine Airfoils Part Family - HPT Blades. High levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen are required to develop trust with teams and grow Greenville's culture. Commitment to FLIGH DECK activation is critical to achieve sustainable outcomes in this role.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Willingness to learn and exhibit servant leadership to support lean transformation activities
- Drive lean transformation efforts within area of responsibility
- Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes
- Establish and implement team strategies, programs and practices to achieve world class manufacturing inventory turns and process flow
- Drive measurable improvements through structured problem solving
- Manage an operation, business, unit, or part of a production facility in order to reach defined targets in safety, quality, cost and delivery
- Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards
- Team management of salaried employees which includes Front Line Leaders who oversee hourly employees
- Develops action plans and research planning on an annual basis
- Contributes to business programs of a considerable part of a function or a business unit and to midterm plans
- Coach and develop peers as needed to support the staff's skillset growth and commitment to SQDC
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5 years of Supply Chain Operations Management experience
