We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sustainability & Compliance Specialist to join our Delhi office. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, as well as expertise in supplier compliance and apparel sourcing.
What You'll Do
  • Cross-check and validate information across various documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Utilize Excel tools (including pivot tables) to manage large data sets efficiently and generate reports; regularly update & maintain the report in a timely manner
  • Engage with suppliers through email to address compliance issues, discrepancies, and any additional requirements.
  • Ensure clear, precise, and professional communication with external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Proactively raise issues and provide practical solutions to the team lead.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to track progress and ensure all compliance checks are completed within set timelines.
Who You Are
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel, particularly in managing data sets and creating reports using pivot tables and other advanced features.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately with external stakeholders, particularly suppliers, to resolve compliance issues.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and implementing efficiency improvements and quick solutions to compliance-related challenges.
  • Solid understanding of the apparel sourcing process, including industry best practices.
  • Familiarity with supplier compliance requirements and regulations within the apparel industry.
  • Experience managing compliance in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
