Advertising Inside Sales Recruiter

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Advertising Sales Recruiter to join our team and help us find top talent to drive our advertising sales efforts.
Job Summary: The Advertising Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring advertising inside sales professionals. This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full cycle sales recruitment, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source, attract top advertising sales talent.
- Source active and passive candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Build connections with colleges and universities with sales degree programs.
- Attend some in-person recruiting events.
- Gain a solid understanding of the inside sales business and key metrics for success.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from posting job ads to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in advertising sales recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years as a recruiter, preferably in the media or advertising sales industry recruiting and sourcing for inside sales roles.
- Strong understanding of advertising sales roles and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Digital Marketing acumen is preferred.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $50,000 and $92,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
