As the B2B Marketing and Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation strategies, enhancing partnership marketing initiatives, and expanding business development efforts across enterprise programs. This role will be responsible for working across the sales and marketing team to align strategies, maximize opportunities, and drive program success across multiple verticals. Understanding the current market landscape and trends is paramount for identifying, initiating, and nurturing growth market opportunities for a continued lead generation funnel.

Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will be essential in measuring campaign effectiveness and optimizing marketing efforts to meet the business's dynamic needs. You will leverage a mix of traditional and digital marketing channels and new ideas to enhance brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Work with marketing heads across the local brands to expand on current and new opportunities to grow the B2B enterprise business.
  • Identify new market opportunities and align them with the B2B sales team's objectives.
  • Create scalable frameworks for business development processes, including prospecting and account prioritization.
  • Support sales with insights, customized proposals, and assets to close deals effectively.
  • Lead Generation Marketing:
  • Develop and execute lead-generation campaigns using targeted strategies, email marketing, paid media, and content marketing.
  • Build and maintain lead scoring models and track lead progress through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with sales to identify high-value targets and refine outreach strategies.
  • Partnership Marketing:
  • Create tailored co-marketing campaigns with key partners to expand brand reach and engagement.
  • Develop compelling value propositions for prospective partnerships and establish long-term relationships.
  • Design and implement initiatives to drive partner activation and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Effectively create plans and processes that communicate business needs with deliverables and deadlines.
  • Effectively communicate with existing and potential clients the value propositions and brand voice.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Develop marketing materials, case studies, and assets to elevate the team's engagement efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to refine strategies.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in lead generation and partnership marketing, ideally within a sales-driven organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; adept at creating compelling marketing materials.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), Asana, marketing automation tools, and data analytics software.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and innovation.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $90,000 and $110,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
