The Analyst will play a critical role in driving customer growth and retention strategies by providing data-driven insights that optimize acquisition channels, enhance customer experiences, and maximize customer lifetime value.
Base Salary: $70-$80,000 annually
Primary responsibilities:
- Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to assess customer acquisition and retention metrics.
- Analyze the performance of customer acquisition and retention metrics to inform strategic planning.
- Generate regular reports that enable actionable and measurable insights.
- Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate across teams to influence business decisions.
- Have a working knowledge of financial metrics and publishing KPIs.

Requirements:
- Established background in data analysis with proficiency in analytical tools and software such as Excel, SQL, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this role.
- A background in publishing or subscription services is preferred.
- Self-directed, a willing collaborator, and enjoys working in a team environment.
Required Qualifications include:
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in an analytical role
- Highly Proficient in the use of Microsoft Product Suite and Google Analytics
- Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Understanding of cost metrics, P/L, and other business-related analysis
- Must be able to work remotely; Must have access to a reliable, fast-speed internet

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $51,300 and $105,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
