The Analyst will play a critical role in driving customer growth and retention strategies by providing data-driven insights that optimize acquisition channels, enhance customer experiences, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Base Salary: $70-$80,000 annually

Primary responsibilities:

• Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to assess customer acquisition and retention metrics.
• Analyze the performance of customer acquisition and retention metrics to inform strategic planning.
• Generate regular reports that enable actionable and measurable insights.
• Present key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Effectively communicate and collaborate across teams to influence business decisions.
• Have a working knowledge of financial metrics and publishing KPIs.

• Established background in data analysis with proficiency in analytical tools and software such as Excel, SQL, CRM systems, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are essential for success in this role.
• A background in publishing or subscription services is preferred.
• Self-directed, a willing collaborator, and enjoys working in a team environment.

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years in an analytical role
• Highly Proficient in the use of Microsoft Product Suite and Google Analytics
• Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Understanding of cost metrics, P/L, and other business-related analysis
• Must be able to work remotely; Must have access to a reliable, fast-speed internet
