The Advanced Reporting Analyst role is focused on develop enterprise level analytics support across the National, Enterprise and Multi-Location team. In this role, you will act as an advisor and investigator, understanding the clients' business goals, show casing the strength of current campaigns, and emphasizing key results. This role will own the analytics and reporting elements to help inform both the client and client support staff marketing wins and areas for improvement. This role will also take an active role in our pre-sales process and in making initial client recommendations prior to onboarding. About the Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role requires a professional who is comfortable working with large marketing datasets, including sensitive client information such as budgets and spend analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong data visualization skills, enabling them to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Management:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets related to marketing campaigns.


  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.


  • Reporting & Visualization:


  • Develop, design, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.


  • Present data findings in clear, concise, and visually engaging formats for stakeholders.


  • Budget & Spend Analysis:


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of client budgets and spend to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.


  • Provide actionable recommendations to support effective marketing strategies.


  • Collaboration & Communication:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance, operations) to understand reporting needs and deliver customized insights.


  • Clearly communicate complex data trends and insights to non-technical team members and senior management.


  • Process Improvement:


  • Continuously evaluate and improve reporting processes and tools.


  • Propose new metrics and methodologies to enhance the overall understanding of marketing performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience will be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
  • Technical Skills:


  • Proven experience working with large datasets and handling sensitive data.


  • Entry level proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R, or Python.


  • Strong command of data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


  • Analytical & Communication Skills:


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.


  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5-7 Years of previous experience in a reporting or analytical role, preferably within a marketing environment.


  • Familiarity with budget management and spend analysis is highly desirable.


  • AdTech experience is highly desirable.

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $51,000 and $90,000. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
