CO Salary Range: USD 90,000.00 - 110,000.00 per year
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Digital Marketing Strategy + Campaign Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, organic search, display advertising, and paid social media
- Ensure alignment with marketing strategies with overall company objectives and goals
- Run, manage, and evolve online media campaigns, including paid search, display advertising, email marketing, and social media
- Leverage insights and analytics to adjust campaigns for better performance and to achieve company lead generation targets
- Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Analyze data from various online media channels (paid search, organic search, display, email, social media, etc.) to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts
- Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance, increase lead generation, and maximize ROI
- Website Management:
- Regularly update and enhance the company website to ensure optimal user experience (UX) and User Interface UI)
- Implement and maintain effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
- Ensure the website is a powerful tool for lead generation, with best practices in place for conversion optimization
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to communicate the impact of digital marketing initiatives across all channels and touchpoints
- Provide regular updates on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, highlighting key metrics and insights
- Performs other duties as requested by management

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, and web development
- Proven ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Experience managing and evolving digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, including Google Analytics, and other measurement tools
- Proficiency in WordPress for website management, with CSS and HTML skills as a significant advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven company
- Familiarity with modern digital marketing tools and platforms
- A strong portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns that demonstrate lead generation and ROI achievements
- Experience operating with Salesforce or PowerBI is no required but would be a major plus
$90,000 - $110,000 a year
This position is a full-time role that will operate full-time in the Denver headquarters office and pays an annual salary of $90,000 - $110,000.
This position will remain open through January 3rd, 2025.
