Position Overview:

The Enterprise Operational Resilience (OR) Governance and Reporting team is in search of a Senior System Analyst to enhance the reporting division. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set and experience with database and analytics tools, including Tableau, MicroStrategy, SQL, and Python. We seek a detail-oriented individual capable of holistic data analysis to generate innovative insights. Additionally, our corporate focus on efficiency necessitates innovative data analysis methods to provide our customers with immediate access to data reporting.

Our Impact:

The operational resiliency function acts as a center of excellence for resiliency management. The group enacts Resiliency risk management policy and standards; ensures that regulatory requirements are met and provides aggregate measurement and reporting to make Resiliency Risk management outcomes transparent.

Your Impact:

  • Support data collection and management activities related to resiliency management
  • Support the development of indicators and metrics associated with resiliency management
  • Create indicators and metrics from raw data utilizing various enterprise data management and visualization tools.
  • Relevant experience operating within a fast-paced, complex organization that requires interacting with and influencing a wide range of business and technology partners
  • Support consistent and centralize delivery of Executive level reporting across Enterprise for Resiliency
  • Support divisional request for custom data extracts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent and 5 + years of experience in data management and reporting
  • Experience using Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with Snowflake is a plus.
  • 2+ years utilizing Tableau BI tools
  • Strong analytical and data management skills
  • 2+ years of program management experience
  • Experience with Python is a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $96,000 - $144,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
