Position Overview:

Seeking a Senior IAM Engineer to help establish and maintain a robust enterprise-wide solutions for our Identity and Access Management project. You will be called upon to support with developing, testing, implementing and maintaining features in a high quality and reusable fashion in accordance with principles and best practices of quality software development and enterprise operations. You will learn and imbibe best practices and methodologies while working within a cross-functional team. Experience with PlainID is a must. Knowledge of Radiant Logic, IdentityIQ, AWS is a plus.

Our Impact:

  • IAM Engineering team is responsible for managing platforms that perform authorization and authorization for FreddieMac and its customers.
  • Business team is dependent on IAM Engineering to provide the necessary tools and expertise to manage and facilitate identity access management and related controls.

Your Impact:

  • Ensure identity and access manage systems remain available, modern, and secure.
  • Mentor, develop, and provide leadership and guidance to team members
  • Participate in code reviews, integration, and deployment events.
  • Prioritize workload and adjust to help meet team deadlines and work objectives.
  • Support and provide tool administration of Identity and Access Management tools, including PlainID and IdentityIQ.
  • Diagnose, solve, and provide root cause analysis for issues related to provisioning and user and entitlement data collection.
  • Coordinate with other support teams to ensure issues impacting tools and systems are resolved quickly.
  • Provide technical guidance, develop design documents, perform product installation, upgrades and certification, implementation plan, deployment and troubleshooting support.
  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Follow release management processes and ensure that all artifacts are created and provided for each deployment.

Qualifications:

  • 5- 7 years DevOps experience with Identity and Access Management tool
  • College Degree or equivalent experience; advanced studies/degree preferred.
  • PlainID engineering experience preferred
  • Responsible for security policies, procedures, directives and reporting;
  • Infrastructure vulnerability detection and reporting; identity and access management operations and reporting; and/or 24x7 security monitoring, threat analysis, and insider threat and data loss prevention.
  • Provides resolutions to an extensive range of complicated problems. Solutions are innovative, thorough, and practicable.
  • Works under limited direction and independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
  • Work is evaluated upon completion for adequacy in satisfying objectives.
  • Represents the organization as the principal customer contact on contracts and often performs project leadership role.
  • Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $162,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
