  • Communicate and help implement program activities enterprise-wide with high-visibility among senior leaders
  • Partner with other subject matter experts in business continuity management and operational resilience practices across the organization
  • Engage internally with high-profile diverse partners to craft and distribute clear messaging supporting incident response as needed
  • Develop plans and procedures, along with training and exercising programs to support senior leadership level teams with company-wide response to an incident
  • Collaborate with technology partners and business process owners to ensure an understanding of critical processes and operational impacts
  • Manage and lead our projects and seek opportunities to improve efficiencies and effectiveness across the team

Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of Business Continuity / Operational Resilience experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience
  • CBCP certification or similar
  • Strong communication oral and written

  • Ability to see gaps and to assist with solutions while being creative and flexible
  • Ability to translate complex incident information (often related to technology) into clear communication for executive-level audiences
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to help drive projects from start to finish
  • Self-starter and ability move forward with tasks with minimal guidance
  • Results oriented with ability to participate in multiple activities simultaneously, managing time appropriately.
  • Deep curiosity to learn about new trends and desire to continuously improve team processes and offerings
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Teams

Freddie Mac offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and market-leading benefit programs. Information on these benefit programs is available on our Careers site.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $77,000 - $115,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
