Our Impact:
- Detecting, evaluating, and managing credit risk associated with loans in the master servicing portfolio
- Assessing loan-level risk through analysis of operating statements and evaluating property, market, borrower, and property management
Your Impact:
- Communicating frequently by phone and in writing with internal business partners as well as external customers.
- Actively managing and assisting Seller/Servicers, providing guidance, training and feedback as needed
- Assisting in the preparation of internal and external reports.
- Performing special projects as assigned.
- Participating in initiatives to streamline business processes and further strengthen portfolio management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired
- At least 2-4 years of experience in asset management, banking or finance with specific emphasis on asset management, commercial lending, property inspections and credit analysis/underwriting.
Keys to Success in this Role:
- Understanding of and experience with technology productivity tools, specifically Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and be self-directed
- Strong organizational skills

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $95,000 - $143,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
