Position Overview:
Are you interested in growing your resiliency and business continuity experience while enhancing your analytical skills? Freddie Mac's Investments & Capital Markets Business Resiliency team protects the divisions assets from significant business interruptions by optimizing risk management and building operational resiliency. The team is focused on Resiliency Testing, Continuity Planning, Strategy and Governance, and Crisis Management. We are responsible for completing and maintaining BIAs/BCPs, planning and conducting tests of business continuity and crisis management capabilities, while capturing and recording test performance.

Our Impact:
The I&CM Business Resiliency Team evaluates the Division's ability to recover normal business operations after a business continuity incident. The team provides guidance to internal business partners on current resiliency performance and ensures that an overall testing strategy is defined, and testing results are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
Your Impact:
- Work with technology partners and business process owners to develop testing plans and support overall testing calendar.
- Develop detailed testing scenarios that critically evaluates the businesses' ability to recover from a short and/or long-term business disruption.
- Work with the Business Stakeholders to follow up on issues identified from various business resiliency tests.
- Assist with the annual review of BIAs/BCPs and informing business owners of updates and changes.
- Confirm business unit signoff is captured and corresponding issues have been identified for escalation and subsequent remediation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners and vendors to capture relevant input to sustain program activities and prioritization efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 2+ years of related experience
- Previous Business Resiliency, Capital Markets Operations, or Project Management experience is helpful
- ABCP or CBCP Certification preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain internal relationships at all levels
- Experience with data analysis (Excel) and visualization (PowerPoint) to help inform strategy and direction
- Experience in risk assessments, strategy development, testing and program management preferred
- Experience/linkage with business continuity and disaster recovery is a plus!

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $71,000 - $107,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
