Our Impact:
- Drive efficiency and impact through self-service analytics using BI tools and other data science techniques
- Provide information and data to support management and regulatory reporting
- Deliver standard metrics and reports, while innovating on new ways to access information and perform data analytics
- Explore opportunities for integrating Financial Crimes data across applications support reporting, fraud identification and investigations
- Support the technology infrastructure that drives the Financial Crimes Program
Your Impact:
- Deliver data and analytics solutions through calculation of indicators and data monitoring activities
- Using SQL, R/Python (tool of your choice) to deliver views to support business decisions
- Design and deliver reports using data visualization, analytics, and BI reporting tools like Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI, etc.
- Implement automated analysis to support reporting and continuous monitoring
- Business requirement gathering and translating into user stories for Financial Crimes application development and implementation
- Ability to perform data quality reviews to ensure completeness and accuracy
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field (Math, Computer Science, Information Technology) - advanced degree preferred
- Data Science, Data Governance and Financial Crimes experience is preferred
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Financial Crimes detection preferred
- Ability to extract and perform analytics through SQL and R/Python
- Proven experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Financial Crimes related certifications (e.g. CFE, ACAMS) preferred
- Demonstrate an ability to apply curiosity and critical thinking and turn data mining, analytics, and business requirements into business solutions and supporting decisioning
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards
- Previous experience in Compliance or Risk Management is a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $115,000 - $173,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
