Job Description:
Support application development, prototyping, modeling, and high-level technical design; Lead agile development teams; allocate stories, conduct code reviews, coach team members on design patterns, code practice test strategy, etc.; Apply TDD, BOD, and Static Code analysis to improve quality and reliability of delivery; Design and develop application and Web Services using Java EE, JSP, XML, WebLogic 10, AJAX; Design enterprise grade applications using Object Oriented Analysis and Design; Perform "what-if' analysis to simulate network stress test and survivability; Predict effects of configuration changes; Identify applications bottlenecks and opportunities to optimize performance; Provide resolutions to an extensive assortment of computer-related problems; Work under limited direction to independently determine and develop approach to solutions; Develop solutions that are innovative, thorough, and practical; Represent the organization, often performing project leadership role; Interact with senior personnel on significant technical matters and coordinate across organizational lines; and Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field followed by five (5) years of progressively responsible experience with application development and support. Experience must include:
- 5 years of experience in designing enterprise grade applications using Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
- 5 years of experience using JEE patterns.
- 5 years of experience using Java EE, JSP, XML, WebLogic 10, and/or Ajax.
Any combination of education that has been evaluated as the academic equivalent of an U.S. degree by a reputable credentials evaluation service will be accepted. References required.
40 hours per week 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM.
Work location: 6555 Excellence Way, Suite 200, Plano, TX 75023. Position eligible for part-time telecommuting.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $154,000 - $230,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
