Job Summary:
The ABM & Campaign Operations Manager is responsible for effective & efficient execution and optimization of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. The role requires technical competence with marketing automation (Hubspot), 6Sense predictive & conversational email setup, salesforce.com. This role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive targeted marketing efforts, cross-functional programs with sales, enhance customer engagement, and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute ABM Strategies: Co-create with demand gen team an operational framework and implement data-driven ABM strategies to target high-value accounts and drive pipeline growth. Instrument and manage AI-based conversational email tracks for Outbound. Discover and expand target audience within programs using tools like Cognism and 6Sense.
- Develop and Execute Inbound Follow up: Co-create with campaigns team and implement cohesive strategies for Inbound that is a mix of broad-based Hubspot nurture & drips as well as AI based BDR / AE 1:1 follow-ups for hand raisers (demo/contact us), MQL's, downgraded MQL's or stagnating opportunities.
Campaign Operations Management: Collaborate with demand gen teams for tier1 events. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, manage data fidelity & workflows across Hubspot-6Sense & SFDC, automate sales alerts for critical follow-ups ensuring alignment with overall marketing and sales objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with digital, field, website, content, product & customer marketing teams, BDR/SDR teams, field sales operations, revenue operations to ensure a fully integrated approach to ABM.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign performance, provide insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholders. Should be highly competent with Hubspot reporting, Hubspot and Salesforce.com integrations besides creating and reporting from 6Sense.
Tool Management: Oversee the use of ABM tools like 6Sense, Cognism, and marketing automation platforms like Hubspot to support campaign execution and measurement.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve ABM processes and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience with campaign management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency with Hubspot campaign management & reporting. Proficiency in creating audience segments, managing email touch governance & opt-in policies. Proficiency with salesforce.com lead, contact and opportunity reporting.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both collaboratively and independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ABM tools such as 6Sense, Demandbase /Terminus, Cognism, Zoominfo
- Familiarity with working with AI based software, data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.

Forcepoint is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role is $99,700.00 - 137,000.00 percentile and represents the low and high end of compensation for this position. Actual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Forcepoint's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
