Having previous experience as an Accounting Professional helps to build instant rapport with our customer base by utilizing the skills you have learned to ensure optimal success on our software.

What You'll Do:

  • Establish strong and collaborative relationships with your clients, build comprehensive understanding of each client's business and departmental needs. 
  • Drive customer success by leveraging FloQast solutions, training, and strategic guidance.
  • Achieve measurable improvements in customers' close and accounting operations within your Book of Business.
  • Apply your consultative selling skills to identify strategic opportunities for expansion within their FloQast ecosystem, maximizing their value and driving account growth.
  • Leverage continuous feedback from customers and internal cross-functional teams, advocating and influencing positive change. 
  • Conduct strategic quarterly/monthly business reviews to uncover customer pain points, assess product utilization, and align FloQast solutions with their evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to forecast renewals, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate churn, ensuring customer retention, and a near-zero churn rate.
  • Manage customer training, education, & project management to increase product and feature adoption.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics and use key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide your success planning.
  • Develop strategic customer relationships to cultivate FloQast referenceable champions, secure positive testimonials, facilitate reference calls, and engage them in marketing initiatives.

What You'll Bring:

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields.
  • 4+ years industry accounting experience, with consistent involvement across a variety of functional areas in the month-end close process.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in interacting with diverse customer teams, demonstrating both technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated success in managing  multiple projects concurrently, consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze, and interpret metrics and data to craft and communicate compelling narratives that enhance understanding and credibility.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, applied throughout daily tasks.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced team environment, taking initiative while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Professional Certification: Holding a CPA or related professional accounting certification.
  • FloQast: Prior experience with FloQast or similar month-end close software will make you a seamless addition to our team.
  • Customer Centric: Proven track record of managing customer escalations, setting clear expectations, and negotiating win-win solutions.
  • Retention: Passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction, driving adoption, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
  • Tech Stack: Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, and G-Suite will streamline your workflow and boost efficiency.
  • SaaS: Experience working in a SaaS company allows you to understand the unique dynamics of our industry.
  • Travel will be required up to 30%

The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000.   This position is eligible for up to an annual 20% bonus, paid out quarterly in addition to base pay. Compensation is not limited to base salary.
