To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an [Supply Chain Program Manager] located in [Jiading, Shanghai]. Reporting to Head of SCM.
This position will be responsible for achieving the objectives of Program management or new project requirements.
What a typical day looks like :
- Initiates, monitors and directs projects and programs from inception through delivery
- Organizes projects-related activities and manage internal and external communication
- Directs the activities of CFT member according to the business and project needs
- Responsible for planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area
- Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend company capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services
- Reviews aggregate program proposals or plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, assets management, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program
- Supports SSCM, PdM and PjM for providing JID supply chain solutions and necessary information on contracts, pricing and other business items. Be primary contact for new or critical programs and projects
- Reviews program reports and presentations for management and customers. Collects customer/project feedback and drive for continuous improvements
- Leads site team to review and approve quotations
- Participates in Profit and Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible for tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results
- Manages to satisfy all stakeholders of the program/project related
- University degree or equivalent from technical or business area
- Good knowledge and 5-8 years of experience in Sourcing, Supplier Management or Program Management
- Good at participating and organizing teamwork
- Fluent in English both in written and verbal
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of process and procedure
- Knowledge of international trade is preferred
