Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Senior Manager, Business Solutions located in Austin, Texas.

Reporting to the VP of Project Management and Strategy, the Senior Manager, Business Solutions role provides direct contribution to teams according to established policies and goals. Demonstrates skills in guiding and/or facilitating.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Reporting and setting up a data lake for decision support and tracking
  • Setting up workflows
  • Next level plan for our tool called vision and how it will integrate into ERPs
  • ERP deployment support
  • Acquisitions and building tools to support decisions
  • Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities.
  • Applying and deploying Flex Lean Enterprise Values across the entire organization.
  • In charge of eliminating waste and creating value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment.
  • Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions, cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process.
  • Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs.
  • Perform assessment of and drive initiatives to close gaps.
  • Diligently participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects.
  • For assigned special project/segment/customer priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean.
  • Incentive a participation and training of Flex Employees, Suppliers and Customers.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Typically requires 8+ years of related experience.
  • Must be able to guide direct projects based on business initiatives and customer needs.
  • Management skills and technical experience on Finance, HR, Materials and Operations activities.
  • Demonstrates detailed expertise in VERY COMPLEX situations and multiple areas.
  • Comprehends the strategic impact of the function across sites.
  • Will require international travel

Pay Range (Applicable to US Remote). Due to this role being remote, the actual pay range will vary depending on the geographical location of the candidate

$130,500.00 USD - $179,400.00 USD Annual
