What a typical day looks like:
  • You will provide efficient and comprehensive sales administration and support to the sales team to develop and grow business with new and existing customers;
  • Possess thorough knowledge of the company and its products/services;
  • Provide and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly reports provided by the sales team;
  • Communicate to all levels of the organization from production associates through executives;
  • Work with mathematical concepts such as probability, fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations;
  • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals;
  • Present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and/or associates.
The experience we are looking to add to our team:
  • 5-7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or business strategy roles;
  • Strong background in CRM systems, analytics, and sales process improvement;
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce or equivalent);
  • Advanced analytics and reporting skills using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel;
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executives and cross-functional teams;
  • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset.
