Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Project Controller (m/f/d) - part time (20 hours) in Stuttgart, Germany.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Project Controller (m/f/d) will be in charge of project controlling along with general controlling tasks.

What a typical day looks like:
  • Assist in quarterly reviews and year-end audit activities;
  • Conduct cost investigation as required;
  • Make recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies;
  • Maintenance and ongoing monitoring of current projects within our ERP and project controlling tool;
  • Project budget deduction from client's project calculations and quotes;
  • On-going financial project target performance analysis;
  • Support and challenge project management on a functional level to determine monthly rolling project forecasts;
  • Constant review of implemented measures to improve the project performance.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Commercial training (kaufmännische Ausbildung) or study in a relevant financial field with min. 1-3 years of experience, preferably in a multinational matrix organization;
  • Excellent German (C2) and fluent English (min. B2) both in written and spoken form;
  • Strong MS Excel knowledge and experience;
  • Good analytical skills, interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated and organized.
