We are looking for a new colleague in our team in Tab f or NPI Engineer p osition .

NPI Engineer

What a typical day looks like:
  • Manages, coordinates and supervises the preparation and implementation of new projects
  • Participates in the review of customer quotations and engineering designs
  • Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration
  • Regular interaction with customers and executives on technical issues
  • Active participation in the preparation of the process and product FMEA plans and Control Plan
  • Initiates technical changes, introduce and tracks customer changes
  • Participate in Lean and Six Sigma projects for cost reduction; finds and implements development ideas
  • Revise alternatives and check the in-house component for continuous production
  • Makes sure that the products are safe and maintain high quality for the customers
  • Define training needs of new staff, actively participate in internal trainings
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • We are open to fresh graduates and experienced engineers as well
  • BSc/MSc degree in Engineering
  • Fluent English & Hungarian language knowledge
  • Being familiar with electrical manufacturing is an advantage
  • Lean/Six Sigma knowledge or experience is a plus
  • Strong ability to see the whole picture and to focus on important details
