Job Summary
To support our extraordinary team who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Marketing Manager located in San Diego, CA remote.
The Manager, Enterprise Digital Promotion and Social Media will spearhead our global social media strategy and execution and digital marketing to support integrated marketing and communications plans and priorities. In this position, you'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive plans for Flex.com, digital marketing, and corporate social media platforms to drive awareness and consideration of Flex's differentiation across core capabilities and corporate programs.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate Integrated Marketing and Communications, this role also involves leading internal and external promotional program management for the enterprise to ensure strategic orchestration of marketing and communications activation. Strong capabilities in digital marketing and social media best practices, tools, technologies, and exceptional writing skills are essential, along with the ability to work across functional disciplines and manage diverse stakeholder engagements.
What a typical day looks like:
- Global Social Strategy: Lead and define the global social media strategy, guidelines, training, and templates
- Digital: Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for Flex.com and digital marketing working with integrated marketing and communications
- Content Development: Craft compelling digital and social content and messages that effectively drive awareness and consideration of Flex's core capabilities and communicate corporate programs
- Promotional Activation Program Management: Oversee the management of internal and external promotion activation that align with key enterprise strategies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of messaging and promotion initiatives.
- Performance Metrics: Contribute to the establishment of key performance indicators, and ongoing reporting, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategies.
- Best Practices and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest digital and social media trends, tools, and technologies, integrating best practices into strategic planning and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media strategy, preferably within regulated industries or manufacturing sectors.
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns and digital strategies that drive brand awareness and consideration.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms, including emerging technologies, with a strong understanding of digital and social media best practices.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
