The Junior Supply Chain Manager, will be based in Milan reporting to the Director, Supply Chain Management and will be in charge of directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to supply chain management. In charge of managing and overseeing the methods and processes in hold up of both new and existing products.

What a typical day looks like:
  • You will participates in the review of vendor and customer contracts by outlining requirements and considerations;
  • Check materials related to data research;
  • Participate with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and goals;
  • Direct the activities of supply chain managers and staff and oversees planning, budgeting, and maintaining costs for a broad functional area;
  • Interact regularly with executives, customers and vendors;
  • Drive supply chain management strategies to deliver customer requirements and maintain Flex's financial drive;
  • Provide supplier management as related to product development and integration.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience or similar field, including supervisi on;
  • Microsoft Office package proficiency;
  • Excellent verbal and written english communication skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Occasional travel up to 20%.
