To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Employee Services Manager located in Perai, Penang.

What a typical day looks like:

• Oversee the operation and management of hostel facilities for foreign workers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

• Ensure adherence to Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and ISO standards across employee service facilities and processes.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders, including employees, management, regulatory bodies, and service providers.

• Oversee the transportation services provided to employees, including shuttle services, commuting arrangements, and transportation logistics.

• Manage in-house medical clinics, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare services to employees.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote employee wellness initiatives and provide timely medical assistance.

• Supervise cafeteria operations, including menu planning, food quality, and hygiene standards.

• Define the goals in areas of responsibility for short- and long-term performance. Oversee implementation of goals so that Flex can continue to be best in class.

• Oversee management of administrative services.

• Coordinates with vendors to meet organizational needs.

• Manage vendor relationships. Responsible for managing negotiations and contractual agreements with new vendors.

• Improves program and service quality by devising new processes/procedures; updating and evaluating results.

• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring and evaluating results.

• Implement appropriate HR Strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Typically requires 5 years of progressively advancing administration management and safety experience.

• Ability to work with internal teams and executive management as well as external customers and vendors to maximize mutual benefit.

• Proven experience in managing employee services or related functions, preferably in a multinational environment.

• Strong understanding of hostel management, healthcare services, transportation logistics, and food service operations.
