Pay Range: $24.23 - $27.86 hourly, based on experience
Full Range: $24.23 - $31.50 hourly, based on experience
Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and delivery of internal and external brand, marketing and event planning strategies, assets, and metrics in support of strategic business and marketing objectives.
  • Work directly with local office leaders to plan, coordinate, set-up, attend, track and manage unique customer experiences and events.
  • Support the effective development and delivery of plans and materials related to large-scale efforts, bank acquisitions, office openings/closures, and other projects which require marketing and brand expertise for winning results.
  • Strengthen and create team tools, processes, and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of our brand, marketing and events planning efforts.
  • Provide reporting related to SEO and PPC performance, using existing and developed metrics and analytics to measure, evaluate and report against goals and performance.
  • Assist in the development and ongoing management of a marketing and events calendar for First Western.
  • Oversee development needs for marketing related customer relationship management (CRM) data, reporting and integrations - including cases, campaigns, client contacts, and marketing systems
  • Be a champion for the intake, evaluation, processing and coordination of donations, sponsorships, and community development efforts for our organization and our local offices.
  • Serve as a Marketing representative in internal committees and activities designed to promote our culture, community involvement and employee engagement
  • Track and report metrics, trends, and key insights on the team’s executed projects and efforts.
  • Understand our brand, create well-crafted branded materials (digital and physical), and edit others’ content and layouts for consistency of brand, style, tone, and quality.
  • Examine our existing marketing, brand and events strategies and channels, and make suggestions to Brand Manager to help improve processes, content, approach, and effectiveness.
  • Develop various materials which include, but are not limited to, collateral materials, bios, invitations, advertising, presentations for conferences, client presentations, nominations, and website content in concert with communications team and subject matter experts.

  • Plan and execute projects from beginning-to-end with limited supervision (e.g., collateral development, event planning, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain relationships across all levels of the company
  • Know and comply with all Company policies set forth on the Company’s Intranet.
  • Review Associate Handbook and Company Policies annually, as prescribed by Human Capital.
  • Complete and Comply with the Companies Code of Ethics and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire and Policy Acknowledgement.
  • Complete all assigned training on time.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in marketing, communications and social media technology and platforms – WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, Zoom, HubSpot, Google or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite, or related design and creative software
  • Proficiency in Sharepoint or related technology
  • Highly-organized, with a desire to help organize and manage communications processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development of communications, presentations, visual graphics and other content
  • Strong desire to help make a difference and learn new skills
  • Ability to remain organized and focused while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibits a professional, confident, and outgoing demeanor
