Sourcing Senior Financial and Risk Analyst (Hybrid)

Overview

This position is the senior level analyst in risk reporting and analysis for the business unit. Serves as an analytic resource for assigned systems as well as M&A-related activities, providing advanced support. Recommends improvements to current procedures, plans, and controls to achieve objectives, and assists in implementing recommended enhancements. Performs risk-related reporting for Audit, RCSA, BSCA CSA, BCP et al. May provide oversight for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization.

Responsibilities

  • Risk Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs complex data analysis, effectively communicating and directing analysis output.
  • Risk Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis and company trends. Conveys patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. Conducts other internal reporting projects as needed. May develop process enhancements based on reporting and identified risk mitigation strategies.
  • Business Support - Provides advanced support to management, associates, and other key groups via analysis output and financial expertise. Directs information and process updates across systems. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance and participating in strategic initiatives. May prepare documentation, presentations, or other materials for business purposes.
  • Financial Support - Tracks performance across assigned systems, products, or business units, and identifies issues limiting potential gains. Recommends workflow changes to achieve financial goals or minimize financial impact. Assists management in implementing recommended changes, and in ensuring compliance.
  • Peer Leadership - Assists management with the onboarding and training of new staff. Mentors less experienced staff, including review of daily output and coaching.
  • M&A Business Support.

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Finance or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Finance or Analytics
