We are part of the Institutional group that is building a full-service prime brokerage platform with everything that institutions need to execute trades and custody assets at scale. Our team provides comprehensive financing solutions for businesses to deploy institutional trading strategies and enable capital efficient solutions, including lending, margin and shorting capabilities. We are an experienced group of individuals with many decades of combined experience at top banks and asset managers, and firmly believe that institutional financing services backed by thoughtful risk management programs will usher in new waves of investment and fuel the next crypto expansion. What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
- Senior trader managing financial resource management across the institutional business
- Optimize net interest margin through allocation of sources and uses of capital within the business
- Manage resource and revenue proforma forecasting for the institutional financing business
- Design and manage tooling and measurement models for client cross-product profitability
- Work closely with Product teams for capital planning and Sales teams for client resource allocation
- Worth with data science and engineering teams to translate “on the desk” applications into the core code base
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- Experience in equity or fixed income financing, prime brokerage or derivatives businesses
- Proven track record building and maintaining applications / dashboards in Python and SQL
- Experience in building multi-horizon optimization
- Demonstrated knowledge in fiat and crypto funding market fundamentals
Nice to haves:
- Direct experience in a financial resource management at a sell-side institution or treasury/portfolio finance at a buy-side institution
- Previous experience at a crypto company
