This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: AZ, FL, NC, OH
As Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant (Sr. TAC), you will be a member of the Corporate Functions Talent Acquisition team. This position is responsible for mid-level management and professional talent acquisition support for the Bank's corporate functions (Risk and Compliance) at an expert level of consultation and ability. Additionally, the Sr. TAC translates business needs into actionable strategies that ensure optimal candidate quality, including sourcing, screening, and selection process management. This position implements employment marketing and outreach activities to leverage acquisition opportunities. The position builds relationships, gathers internal and external talent data, and delivers key insight in order to develop Talent Acquisition capabilities and processes. Lastly, the Sr. TAC may provide a leadership role for less experienced associates in the work group.

Responsibilities
- Acquisition Support - Executes talent acquisition strategies by leveraging existing relationships, talent pipelines, and external resources to ensure optimal employment opportunity awareness. Participates in marketing and outreach activities to broaden talent acquisition scope and ability.
- Consultation - Offers expert guidance to hiring managers and HR partners on talent acquisition processes, methods, and techniques. Determines current and future business needs to appropriately place candidates. Consults with hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and utilize talent. Serves as resource for business units and management through knowledge in area of specialization.
- Assessment - Reviews talent acquisition processes, including management of interviewing and selection functions, to ensure optimal candidate experience and quality hiring outcomes. Implements methods of process reporting and monitoring, and develops enhancements based on review.
- Collaboration - Collaborates with hiring managers on the development of compensation offers, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition solutions. Aids communication between all parties involved in talent acquisition processes, serving as a facilitator between hiring managers and candidates.
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting
Additional Requirements:
- Experience with current talent acquisition tools and technologies including CRM, applicant tracking and digital platforms.
- Working knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs, policies, and procedures.

- Analytical skills.
- Communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
- Organization skills.
