Overview

As part of the Vulnerability Management Team, this position manages the Container Vulnerability Management team and activities. Partnering with leadership and stakeholders to make Container VM easy for container owners while maturing the program. Promotes understanding of best practices, implements enhancements and controls to enhance the defenses and overall security of the Bank's Containers and resources.

Responsibilities

• Strategy - Works with leadership to develop strategy, roadmaps and technological direction. Leads change management, resource planning, and other activities with significant impact on existing security framework. Develops solutions and process improvements.
• Program Management - Manages the development, enhancement, and monitoring of Container VM team and technologies. Ensures compliance with all applicable requirements and service standards. Supports regulatory and internal exams/audits. Ensures documentation is accurately maintained and updated appropriately.
• Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to team policies, procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. May be responsible for budgeting or vendor management.
• Security Resource - Acts as a consultative resource to technological programs and associates. Aids in creating information security standards and procedures. Provides training, coaching, and mentorship to develop security awareness and protect Bank assets.
