Overview
This position supports Bank products and services in the execution of daily sales activities at an advanced level of service ability. Reviews financial information or participates in client support activities in order to identify sales opportunities for the wider business unit. Facilitates the sales process by preparing necessary documentation. Ensures client satisfaction by answering inquiries, addressing account or product discrepancies, and handling support issues. Supports account servicing issues that require further resolution or investigation. May provide guidance to less experienced specialists in the work group.
Responsibilities
Service & Support - Works directly with relationship teams to ensure high level of customer service through top tier client engagement. Role will manage client service issues, request/submit various reporting from/to clients and prospects, and may respond to inquiries in concert with relationship team. Will support relationship team, and customer, during onboarding process. Will manage CRM system for relationship team, including, but not limited to, various regulatory disclosure requirements.

Documentation Support - Prepares loan support documentation, as directed by relationship team, to be presented to clients and prospects. This may include proposals, service agreements, compliance documents, and implementation forms.
Data Analysis and Operational Projects - Sources, compiles, and interprets basic financial data, including calculation of various financial ratios. Performs analysis to determine trends in market, product, or client information.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of experience in banking and loan processing OR High School Diploma or GED and 5-6 years of experience banking and loan processing
Preferred: experience with commercial and real estate loan processing experience strongly preferred
The pay for this position is generally between $29.38 and $39.75 an hour. Actual starting pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
