Overview
This position provides support for the Rail division of the Bank by developing, preparing, negotiating, and maintaining documentation in connection with Rail's equipment lease transactions. Reviews, available technical information as basis for documents, records, publications, online content, etc. Delivers routine established solutions to clients by assessing and understanding the scope of their project and offering the appropriate feedback for their needs.
Responsibilities
- Documentation - Support group of Rail Sales representatives for documentation of new and renewing lease transactions. Draft lease documentation to accurately reflect the terms and conditions of all equipment leasing transactions. Ensure lease documents are executed, returned, and processed within a timely manner. Assist in the development of new language to be used within the lease documents (with input from legal department and other internal functional areas). Perform peer reviews of documentation prepared by co-workers for accuracy and completeness prior to forwarding to customers.
- Reporting - Upload daily reports identifying transactions requiring lease documents. Create monthly management reports which aggregate data relevel to lease documentation turn-around times and volume of completed deals. Scan and catalogue executed lease documents.
- Operational Support - Works closely with IT staff in supporting, identifying, and implementing the ongoing use and enhancement of software tools. Responds to inquiries, identifying issues, and work to improve standard practices. Assist with training of new hire within the documentation team. Draft and update departmental procedures. Lead and/or participate in various Rail projects.
- Relationship Development - Develops and retains positive business and customer relationships. Respond to documentation questions from customers and internal stakeholders. Lead customer negotiations in connection with lease agreements.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of contracts and documentation experience OR a High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of contract and documentation experience.
