Overview
This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
As Program Manager, Technology Strategy Enablement, you will be a member of the bank's Technology Strategy & Governance organization. This position will help support the delivery of the company's long-term technology strategic vision. This role will oversee a portfolio of projects aligned to similar technologies.
Responsibilities
- Communicate the company's long-term Technology vision in line with the portfolio you oversee. Partner with technology leaders and business unit leaders to review and refine project sequencing to enable achievement of the desired outcomes of the TSR aligned to the guiding principles. Offer informed guidance and recommendations on high-impact technology decisions.
- Work with Enterprise Project Office and Project Stakeholders to gather the project desires and proactively identify potential project constraints, such as regulatory needs, resourcing, funding, competing priorities, timing, etc.
- Work with TSE Financial and Reporting team to formally calculate the intended benefits and positive outcomes of TSR projects. As well as identifying skills needed to achieve project outcomes.
- Monitor portfolio risks and escalate as needed

Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Project management or Program management
License or Certification Type: PMP certification Preferred, PgMP certification Preferred
Strongly preferred:
- Ability to apply effective questioning to guide PM's and uncover blind spots
- Executive presence - can interface with senior leadership
- Someone that understands banking technology
- Someone with program management, portfolio management, and/or PMO experience
- Ability to stay out of the weeds and delegate
- Understanding of dependencies across the program and the inevitable competing priorities with the ability to prioritize work when projects resources are overcommitted.
- Organizational Change Management skills or experience
- Strong risk management skillset
- Clarity/Abacus or other PM Tool experience

The base pay for this position is generally between $116,000 and $180,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
