Overview
This is a remote role that can only be hired in the following location: North Carolina.
Plan, execute, and maintain Appian initiatives for the Automation COE. Develop business requirements in user stories, detailed acceptance criteria, test cases and deployment plans. Work with the scrum master and product manager to facilitate the planning and execution of the Appian initiatives. Partner with leaders to plan product increment and sprint planning sessions. Identify and provide support for solution designs related to production issues and enhancements. Mentor junior team members to integrate them into the team with the objective of a high performing, self-sustaining team. Identify training needs and develop or partner with a change readiness analyst to define, review and test training artifacts.

Qualifications
Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Business Analyst, Software Developer, or a related occupation.
Requires experience with completing complex projects to deliver Appian workflows. Requires experience working with automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Requires experience in data analysis and business analysis. Requires experience in Kafka and React. Requires experience with process mining and product management. This is a remote role that can only be hired in the following location: North Carolina.
