This position provides operational support to the bank's Procurement Consultant Onboarding and Processes team. Managing, design, and implementation of processes to mature our approach through all stages of the Contingent Workforce lifecycle. Makes recommendations based on identified trends and areas of improvement. Support the processes we develop to meet the bank's requirements to increase the management and oversight of our contingent workforce across internal departments. Facilitates the daily workflow by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and other activities that support efficient operations. Ensures that all processes, systems, or reporting are effectively functioning and serving the needs of Bank clients.

Responsibilities
- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Performs analysis to monitor overall Contingent Labor workforce trends, performance, tracking issues, and identifying opportunities to improve existing processes.
- Operational Support - Performs various operational tasks that occur during consultant onboarding process. Serves as initial point of contact for support of assigned operational process, coordinating communication, and requests between involved parties. May process onboarding, perform reconcilements, or test systems. Initiates business outreach to collect data regarding active contingent workforce information from various business units.
- Identifying Objectives - Determines overall business needs through analysis and reporting. Suggests strategies to achieve company and department goals. Provides knowledge in area of work to associates and clients. Assists in creating specifications, project plans, or other forms of documentation to communicate business initiatives to wider work group.
- Reporting - Produces reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities. Ensures the accuracy and completeness of analysis reporting. May administer department databases or files.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics
